Our membership tiers are Red Tier and Gold Tier. Upon successful registration, you will automatically be enrolled in our Red Tier membership. To upgrade to our Gold tier and unlock premium benefits, spend a total of $250 (excluding discounts) within a 12-month period.
Your membership for Gold Tier will be valid for 12 months.
Your spending will be calculated and adjusted based on the latest 12-month period. Retain your Gold Tier membership by spending a total of $250 (excluding discounts) in the latest 12-month period.
Example: If you become a member on August 1, 2023 and accumulate 250 points to qualify for Gold Tier by 1 December, 2023, earn 250 points before November 30, 2024 to maintain your Gold Tier membership.
Points are the base unit of Tims Rewards. Tims Rewards members earn 1 Point for every $1 they spend on an eligible purchase.
You earn 1 Point for every Singapore dollar you spend when you make an eligible purchase. Transaction value will be rounded down to the closest dollar i.e. If your transaction is $9.90, you will earn 9 points.
Points cannot be exchanged or transferred between accounts in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
Unused Tims Rewards Points expire 12 months after the calendar month that they were earned i.e. the Points you earned in March 2022 will expire at the end of March 2023.
To check your Tims Rewards Points balance, simply download the Tims app, click on "My Account" to view your membership tier, points balance and points expiry.
Unused Tim Rewards points that have reached their expiry date cannot be renewed. So don’t forget to redeem your Points before they expire!
